Currently, I am a public relations major at Syracuse University’s S. I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. I am currently working as an assistant at the Empire State Scholastic Press Association in Syracuse, N.Y. In 2011, I earned the title of Nevada’s High School Journalist of the Year. While in high school, I was the managing editor of my school’s nationally recognized yearbook. During this time, I established and maintained a health section for my high school’s monthly newspaper. I have photographed various events, ranging from weddings to high school sports, and am the official photographer for the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl.
